After you arrive, please use the stairwell closet to the street. NOA Aesthetics & Wellness is the second to last unit on the left, marked 207.
You are more than welcome to park in the buildings parking lot. Once you turn in you may park in any of the stalls on the left, marked “customer”.
Expecting mamas are welcome as all treatments are customizable.
New clients prepping for your first visit:
Discontinue the use of active ingredients (AHA, BHA, Retinol) 7 days prior to your treatment.
Avoid activities that involve being exposed to direct sunlight 7 days prior to your treatment.
Discontinue the use of antibiotics 10 days prior.
New clients please review and sign all documents located in your patient portal prior to your appointment.
Aftercare:
Avoid working out for the next 24 hours.
Avoid the use of Active ingredients (AHA, BHA, Retinol) 7 days post treatment.
Wear and reapply sunscreen.
Avoid activities that involve being exposed to direct sunlight 7 days post to treatment.
At NOA Aesthetics & Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50. This fee covers the time reserved for your appointment and the impact on our scheduling.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged $50. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and ensures that our time is respected.
Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Appointment Reminders: As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via email or text message 48 hours before your scheduled time. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive these reminders.
